Are you thinking they are diluting, but releasing PRs that say NOT? Or, are you suggesting that dilution is coming soon?

Sort of, maybe both? If you go back and read the PR about the buyback; It doesn't specifically say that there wouldn't be any dilution up until the beginning of a buyback. It only implies that there wouldn't be. In my eyes I immediately want to be like "right on sweet! - a buyback in pinkie land!" but I have a feeling after seeing these AH 't' trades that it could quite possibly be some form of dilution. Am I worried about it though? No.

Best case scenario is that your theory proves correct. So far we have come up with 3 scenarios for these AH trades:

1. MM's keeping price down for a LARGE order to be slowly filled at these low levels.
2. Loterella shares being sold to satisfy part of debt.
3. PDGT raising capital through dilution.
