I sure didn't see anything like worms in the Amberjack. It was my GF who ordered it and I just had a taste of it. It was at Capt Anderson's and I believe they had some kind of Italian Charbroiling clay oven they used to prepare it? I think the Charbroiling way they cooked it had a lot to do with the flavor. Hopefully another trip back next year to find out about the fishing there. We saw a lot of boats in the docks but not many going out, or we were just there at the wrong time.
