I agree. To determine if I believe the new products and the promotion of them is true, I look to see if the company has money. Paradigm has taken no loans, has not sold anything in a year, and is not borrowing. No money = no activity.

So, I would interpret dilution as a good sign that things were being done. Dilution is what a corporation is all about -sell stock and do stuff with the money.

But the company says, "no dilution." The TA is gagged. So, where's the money coming from? It's that or nothing is being done.

"..needs to sell 200m shares to pay for upfront expenses for the delivery of the new products.."

Are you thinking they are diluting, but releasing PRs that say NOT? Or, are you suggesting that dilution is coming soon?
