Patrick Downs former CEO IDS Worldwide, Inc. is a convicted felon for stock fraud, grand theft and selling unregistered securities. (Orange and Seminole counties in Florida) Downs has not yet been prosecuted for IDS Worldwide scam but sooner or later he'll be prosecuted. I'm working with the State of Florida and Seminole County to prosecute him... Downs is trying to pump Avalon Technology with the same "Blue Sky Bull Crap" he used for IDS Worldwide, but it's not working. No one believes him. He's scheming to tell another lie bigger than the last.. Another buy out? Another multi-billion order from the middle east IT conglormerate? Whatever he says will be "Blue Sky Bull Crap"! He needs to be locked up. No financial information income statements from Downs only what he puts out to the public. We know he lies and is a scam artist.
