The information was from interview with Dr. Fisher on heavensgrace , investors radio show , do not have link anymore , The Board was going to meet , COO CFO, General Counsel etc etc , and decide , plan , initiate uplifting "late October, early November "all i know , i do not know when they will decide to announce it , could be a question to ANVH , Polly Anderson 425.818.0189 shareholders relations
