I agree that the SP will go back up with solid news of a bail out package being approved . What really hurt Ford's investors was Ford dumping all that stock over the late summer and early fall . Given all that negative dilution , we have managed to flatten out . Ford seems to have a little more breathing room than GM does . As long as fuel prices stay low and gives the economy a chance to catch its breath , things should start to turn upward by the 2nd quarter of 2009 .
