If the company is diluting it's share count and basically spiral financing itself right now it is not very good at it. 7 Million share volume is not much volume to cause price movement or manipulation. Most companies dilute in a P & D scheme and it takes 100's of millions of shares to trade hands....This is moving way too much in either direction on minimal trading to be diluted....
