Good post, and I do tend to agree with you. I'm just going long on what I think are the legit ADRs beaten down instead of shorting possible scams. Who knows when the scams will be figured out...there's a lot of US companies on the NYSE that are just holding co's in the cayman islands just like these R/M chinese companies.

I remember when I was looking at CAGC, I got to a part in the annual report that made me laugh...They were hyping up their proprietary "high tech" fertilizer...but said they didn't want to patent it because then the formula could be stolen. I understand property rights in china are not top-notch...but...It was just obviously a poor excuse.

BWMG does look legit. I like BOBS, AYSI, and DFNS also, for not acting like your typical OTCBB scams.
