RedCy, let the games go on. Settlement is the only means to keep one of the parties out of the conflagration. Which will be made worse by having been wearing a gasoline soaked paper suit at the time the ALJ issued his ID. Something that can be avoided only be settlement. One of the parties to the ITC investigation is not going to be very comfortable if this goes to the ALJ issuing his ruling. The unhappy one could be either Sammy or IDCC. But IDCC has already publicly stated they are willling to go to the decision.
