Tom,Have you ever tried opening your old Lotus spread sheets with EXCEl or Quattro. I know Excel will at least attempt to convert the file! I would think Quattro would also. Unless you have some overly complex SS I would byte the bullet and convert. I worked with a guy that just loved Lotus 123 from the dark ages. Once he learned Excel he was glad.
