I agree that if this stock split it would be more than 10-1, but that still doesn't mean the AS is going to change. 99.9% of the time, the OS is the only thing that changes. A RS only splits the OS and increases the PPS. An example would be if a compang had 1 billion OS, 5 billion AS with a stock price of .0005 and they did a 10-1 RS. After the split the OS would be 100 million, the AS would still be 5 billion and the PPS would be .005. When sub penny stocks do this it is almost always bad. The time you try to get out at .005 , the price will have already dropped and the compny will begin to dilute all ove again. This is all some companys do. A good example of this type of company is FFGO. I have seen companys RS with 20 billion AS and the AS didn't change.
