Someone posted June 24th as a key Russell rebalancing date. Was that the date index funds need to include Wave in their funds if we make the cut, or is that the date to determind who makes the R2000?

Another Boston article comment. The story is very close to one that ran some time ago and the working link was to the Yahoo cesspool (not here) making it sure look like there is a connection.
