Read what you just wrote. If it playes out like that, then this will be no different then than it is now. If 4 billion shares are recovered, that reducuction will only be filled by the 4.8 billion they just added. So, they accomplish nothing.

If any of this has any legitimacy, the only way this would work would be to FIRST get the 4 billion back and use those shares for MONA and Australian Atari.
