2future shares returned to the treasurey are not cancelled. Those shares could easily be sold into the float as they are still part of the A/S and have no restrictive legend on them.

Move them to the treasurey today and move them out tomorrow. And when you throw in a 4.8 billion share increase right in the middle of it you are doing nothing but tossing all the shares in a blender, puring out the final mixture and then asking the people to determine what shares are there and what shares are not.
