Where did you read that? If they some how halted those billions of shares from trading, I forget how many, then affectivly NOW you only have a float of 1 billion or so.

So, why would you have to wait for some litigation proceeding to recover those shares if they can be frozen from trading?

Also, when do you think that new 4.8 billion just added to the A/S will hit the O/S? Granted, they will be restricted, but if it takes 6 months to a year for some litigation to remove those illegal billions of shares, then about that same time the 4.8 billion restricted shares will become part of the float.

So, about the same time the 3.something to 4.something billion shares are recovered and taken out of the float, the new 4.8 billion shares will be entering the float. I think, actually, that 4.8 billion is greater than the amount they want to recover, so your float will actually increase, not decrease. That is assuming the timing is about the same.
