Would it pit Texas and TT in a rematch.??..

No they instituted a rule a couple of years ago that you cannot play for the championship if you do not win your conference, it was started because of the Nebraska debacle a couple of years ago, remember when they lost to colorado like 63-10 but still squeaked in and got destroyed against USC or miami can't remember.
