Okay, we got it!! We have the main company CBAY who is going to handle the foreign stuff and we have the new company, symbol unknown at this time, that will handle the North American stuff. We get 50 restricted shares of the new company for every million shares we own of CBAY. When those restrictions will be lifted is up to CBAY! Now tell the company to get the damn Nevada SOS fixed and a current share structure posted to the investment community ASAP!!
