I might add that that real estate portfolio was built largely by the use of so-called "preferred" restricted shares as payments. To my knowledge, CBAY has never exchanged any of those shares for real, valuable, tradeable shares, and I doubt it ever will. I guess it would be ok if he repeated what worked before (for a while at least), just as long as people I know and I are not among the victims of this sequel.
