zithead -- dubs claims his orders were that all prisoners were to be treated in accordance with the Geneva Conventions, even though at the same time he and his criminal cohorts have been saying dubs can order illegal torture and even murder, essentially of anyone including American citizens, without being subject to prosecution either within the United States of before any international authority -- guess dubs is pretty damned inept too, seeing as how there have been and continue to be massive violations of both US law and the Geneva Conventions on his watch, eh?
