Clinton was engaged re OBL, and gave the correct order; the fact is it was not his fault that order was not carried out

un-friggin-believable.....he was the commander in chief, and if his order wasn't carried out, then he was inept.......everyone knows that clinton was all words and no action, it's the only characteristic that you could count on with clinton.........and even when he did take action, it was all about image, and not actually getting the job done
