Here is ONEV's payment structure "soon to be payment structure" to Nuance. I believe that UGO wanted some information on the old Philips deal. These are the terms from earlier in the year.
I doubt "very much" that ONEV made much progress in these payments. A million bucks owed to Nuance for a company that has never earned one dime of profit. Can we all say bankruptcy!!!

Philips just sold out to Nuance. Onev better have their payments READY and on time. I noticed they missed payments before that have increased the loan by 50 percent.
