The selling price and the buying price are two different numbers.
If the name of the game for brokers is to buy and sell stocks for a profit then you will buy stocks at a higher price you can sell them at.
Those brokers are selling shares for .0002 but they will only buy your shares for .0001 which is what the whole Bid/Ask scenerio represents.
All those brokers value their shares at the Ask(.0002) and they value the worth of your shares at the bid(.0001)
