Wow if they buy close to 10 percent of the O/S that would be around 500 million shares.
After all the shares of the 3.5 - 4.7 billion are returned to the Treasury the Float will only be around 1 billion.
The float will be next to nothing especially if they buy 10 percent of it and hold it then only 500 million will be left.
This is playing out perfectly.
