If you put it in writing and they refuse to respond within 24 hours, file a complaint with the SEC showing documentation that you made the request (I would do it in a "formal" email to their website requesting this information) and not on a stock board.

It's probably not the promoters fault for just not knowing. Some of these 3rd party scam artists have them sign a non disclosure agreement so now they're literally screwed. If they disclose, they can be sued but if they don't, they can get into trouble legally.
