Actually it is not. That is why the SEC lifted the short sales restrictions. They stated at the time they did it that they could find no instance of this at work. You get too caught up in short term propaganda.

Shorting was never seriously in play at all in the kinds of stocks you promote anyway. I don't see that you have ever taken a job working for IBM or even LEH
