first of all that's not the definition of buyin I was referring to dude

but at any rate NO I am a fully disclaimed promoter...I do not do buyins

a buyin promoter is a promoter who actually buys the stock then promotes it

because he was not compensated he does not need to disclaim

Which is my understanding of how the law is circumvented.
