Yep, by not renewing your IRP when you start a month unemployed you can avoid the $95 fee for as long as you are out of work.
Personally I am against that.
You are either an IRP or you are not. If the nature of your business and the basis of your posting is to get business and peddle your promotion company then the fee should be collected every month and not just the months you are actually under contract.
Paid promoters are not always under contract but their posting is always geared towards promotion and towards gettign that next paying gig.
In other words if the purpose of posting is to get paying work then you should pay a premium every month.
Example. A contract runs out. The potential could be there for a new contract so an IRP remains on the board of the stock they were promoting, continuing the promotional posts in hopes the contract will renew.
Should that poster pay the $95 or not? I think so because the posts are for the purpose of gaining employment or continuing a contract.
It's simply a different level that people who look to benefit from IHUB's customer base pay for. And since an IRP is always looking for work and using IHUB as a spoke tog et work their fee should be ongoing even during days/months/weeks they are not under contract.
Has nothing to do with you personally righty. Not sure why you think you matter that much.
It has everything to do with a fair level of compensation for the IHUB team who has put all the fish in the barrel for you.
