If I understand what you are saying, doing a "demo" is still a commercial use of the site. It's marketing and just another routine cost of doing business.

However, does a non-compensated "demo" require disclosure? If 17(b) says so, then IRP status would be required during the demo. If not, then we probably would not require it at that time. Whether disclosure is legally required is ultimately up to the IRP to determine.
