At a 30% rate return on what is pulled out of the mine, nobody is even interested in the mine. Otherwise, finding a buyer for $9M would have been done already. There may be some good coal in there somewhere but it'll take some seriously deep pockets before it's ever hit. Mean while, pick pocketing the share holders will only get Eugene so far.
