Yes there are some dsputed claims ,but that door swings both ways, if you look at the operating report filed last week a few of these creditors got paid some royalties so that signals a settlement with them, also if you read carefully quest/gwenco is the disputing party on a few. i also find it strange how interstellar is upto 17 million which seems like an attempt to block potential conversion to 7, since interstellar has priority claims. the last plan filed in august had whitson as the main objector and he is now being paid according to operating statement so this should get confirmed. chapt 7 isnot a possibility now with interstellar in that slot...of course jmho
