ranttrmike, Yup, looks bad now. The report is out and doesn't sound good at all. Just as I figured, more delays. Does this spell the end of QMNM?

The parties have worked diligently but were unable to complete and circulate final drafts in sufficient time for review and approval by all the parties by October 20th.
