well this is a public corporation and IMO they were very lacking in telling anything to the shareholders as required by law.

I am not a basher of HYVR just very disappointed that this POS is on the pink sheets while they continue to issue them selves shares.
AND if you do the math, besides issueing themselves shares they were all most certainly buying shares on the open market.
