I don't think it's likely there will be a reverse split. Both companies are very similiar, i have positions in both. I know that BBDA is in the process of retiring a block of shares to increase stockholder's value. BNPD also stated in a pr, i think, generally stating, "we are not contemplating on issuing more shares or reverse spliting anytime in the near future." Hopefully BNPD takes the route of buying back and retiring shares.

I hope o/s and r/s mean outstanding stock and reverse split. I'm still trying to get a handle on the acronyms and lingo =)
