I don't share your appreciate of Eugene. Yes, he got the mine running again, at least at a trickle that isn't profitable...however, he managed to LOSE money when coal prices and demand were at historic highs...but somehow he LOSES money on each ton he sells. I wouldn't take anything he touches seriously, just play the stock. A prudent manager would have done anything necessary to produce profitably in that environment. If he can't make profits when times are good, how in the heck to do expect him to do it when times are bad? He won't.
