LOL...well, Greedy, it is very simple. Yes I "understand" that it is a name reservation only.

"Hurasu has not filed any articles of incorporation, registered agent information or list of directors which is required in order to become a registered corporation in the State of Nevada."

The paperwork will get filed, and I'm not worried about it. I do not have to be familiar with Nevada corporate law to understand that...lol. I also know exactly what it generally entails to create a corporation. I have it done myself many times in the past, having worked in the legal arena for over 10 years.

To be clear, it is your opinion that these forms will never get filed and this is all a scam. Yes...we know...we know...that is your OPINION.

The company currently exists under another name; therefore, there is NO POSSIBLE WAY you can state that it is not a legitimate company when, in fact, neither you nor I know the name of "the actual company." The fact that the name reservation exists is a sign that the name change is in progress.

Again, I am waiting for the company name change update on www.pinksheets.com.
