Vianna do you not understand Nevada corporate law?
It is quite simple. Hurasu is a name reservation only, That means that for 90 days nobody esle can utilize that name for a corporation.
Hurasu has not filed any articles of incorporation, registered agent information or list of directors which is required in order to become a registered corporation in the State of Nevada.
That is not my opinion VIanna it is a cold hard fact. If Hurasu is conducting any business they are doing so in violation of Nevada corporate law and Hurasu would not be protected under Nevada's ubrella of corporate protection.
In other words, Lumb would be violating Nevada law if he was conducting any business activities under the Hurasu name.
Again, that is not an opinion. It is a fact. If you do not believe Lumb to be a criminal then there can be no business operations for Hurasu without first filing the articles of incorporation, list of officers/directors and registered agent info with the Secretary of State who would then grant Hurasu with a certificate of good standing which allows them to operate and be protected by Nevada corporate rules and regulations.
This is as simple as it gets Vianna. Hurasu is not a corporation. It is simply a reserved name for a potential business. That's it.
