From memory, after the 2nd hike is danger will robinson(historically, usually fine to be long into then), but IMO it could easily extend to the 4th one (as you mentioned) depending on sentiment at the time.

It was a historic pump...wouldn't be a suprise to see it take longer (than usual) to get 'turned'
