The TNX peaked at 4.9% on 5/17, with a very steep differential, I think that we can stay around the 4.5% to 5% until the feds gets their overnight rates to to 2.25%/2.75%, that may take them a solid 4 increases, or almost six month, until then, I don't think we "have to pay" yet.
