If they stay in business long enough, of course. With little to no production, the bills aren't getting paid and it'll shut down again. If that happens, then Eugene has screwed up a golden opportunity...how can you lose money when coal was at an all-time high? Maybe coal mining wasn't his intention...stock printing was.
