Actually, it has been shown that there are around 100M shares/month dumped. Considering there are 22 days/month, that would average out to around 5M/day. Plus, let's not forget that Eugene recently updated the A/S to 2.5B from around 900M. So, it's not out of the question to think this was a another daily dose of dilution.

If you have doubts of this, you can check out the share numbers from the start of this year up until now. I believe Pedro pointed this out in the filings not too long ago. That's not necessarily proof of what just occured but proof that this is going on.
