agreed...but so far fear rules until most of those that fear have pulled their money out of stocks and sunk that money into treasuries, gold, savings accounts...whatever. There are still stocks that are holding their own...so far. JNJ, AMGN just a couple....but even they are getting pressured. Think both JNJ and AMGN beat this quarter. imho.

As for the next big thing or innovation....agreed...small things tech wise...but two areas....seed research/developments are coming up with breakthroughs that will feed livestock and the worlds human growth and at a lower cost.....also drugs to cure major health problems could be the next huge breakthroughs. Z
