littlefishl: How about CFO at GGP (General Growth Properties--GGP). GGP had the Government put the stock on the "no shorting" list and the CFO commenced to unload millions of shares to meet margin calls. That guy might be headed for the pokey.

Then the geniuses in management last week decided to ELIMINATE the dividend to save $$. Their debt is apprxomiately $24B, yes, B! The dividend was $2 a share and eliminating saves between $500-$600MILLION with an "M". So in 40 years or more, they will have enough to pay off the debt! LOL.

The thing is, the company is a REIT! U don't cut the dividend on a REIT. That is why people buy the shares in the first place.

These guys are dumber than a box of rocks.
