In Roche’s long-term follow-up of 997 patients who achieved an SVR, 99.2% remained PCR negative after a mean duration of 4.1 years (#msg-19834803).

I would assume that was with IFN. The question is whether the same kind of long term gain is seen with something that doesn't use the immune system.

They don’t: ITMN191 is a protease inhibitor and R7128 is a polymerase inhibitor
