rattlesnake was ignoring the detailed goals announced by hu several times in 2006 and early 2007 at meetings in expensive hotels in ny and sf >>> but many americans attended. 4 or 5 posted complete summaries of those goals that were described as 'done deals with numbers to appear immediately'
