The $1 figure is a buyout number that Urban MY/COULD offer. It has nothing to do with the 500B limit set by Nevada. IF there is a short and Urban wants controling interest before he announces minerals, then he owns over 51% of all naked short shares and REAL OS. That gives him control. I submit that he knows the true short position and OS and has retained Glenn to facilitate getting CMKX/CIM on AMEX, NASDQ etc and that Glenn will orchastrate the tender offer buyout.
