that they have retained a law firm of this caliber?

You have pointed out that this will be very expensive and of course you are correct, but couldn't it be possible that Glenn sees a larger, longer term beneficial relationship based on the potential of CMKX?

Why else would they take Urban as a client? A quick buck? seems unlikely no?
