Would you go with NTFS or Fat 32 for speed?

That is a choice you will have to make. Will you give up 88% more stable file system for .005% more speed?

I wouldn't. PC Pitstop has a writeup o the difference and they say the small increase in speed isn't worth the loss of stability.
