Thats not true. Mike Paganano told me the one and only reason:

"We are a Delaware corp. We were also open as a Florida Corp. We merged the Florida Corp with the Delaware Corp. so we only have one state to provide corporate filings with.

In the past we had to file with both Florida & Delaware."

This has nothing to do with the real merger between WEHI and Stemtronix!!
