I could really use some help.I am running windows me.When I start up my pc I get this black screen with white letters

MICROSOFT WINDOWS ME START UP MENU

1.NORMAL
2.LOGGED......
3.SAFE
4.STEP...

ENTER #

I enter the #1 then the computer goes to my openning window.I sure would like to go back to turning on my pc and have it go to my openning window.
