This invention can certainly make money and I would think that people
that have invested money would think so also, otherwise why throw money

I do not consider free installations of evaluation units as items sold.

It would not be proper for me to speak for the reseachers but if I were
researching cognitive awareness issues I probably would not attend a
conference that targeted sleeping disorders sponsored by bedding
manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies.

I think the term 'couple of years' is a little pessimistic. Think sooner.
Mr. Caroni knows how to follow his legal advisors and did not have to make
an appearance at the court session.
